Operator and enquiries

I am Zunaidi, operator of the LINDUNG information site and a Caliph Group affiliate. For privacy enquiries or requests to access, correct or delete data, contact me on WhatsApp at +601113211984. Provide only what is necessary to locate the record. Never send PINs, OTPs or complete identity documents.

Contribution calculator

Date of birth, gender, smoking status and sum covered are used for calculations in your browser. Inputs are kept temporarily in sessionStorage for the same browser session. Calculator usage events send the plan type and number of members, rather than your birth date or sum covered.

AI chat and CRM sharing

Messages are processed through Supabase and DeepSeek to answer questions. A temporary session identifier supports chat history, and messages may be recorded for history, security and support. The share button asks for consent before the session is shared with an advisor through the CRM. Do not enter passwords, PINs, OTPs/TACs, account numbers, identity documents or detailed medical information.

Retention and external providers

Sending messages involves third-party AI and infrastructure providers and may involve cross-border processing. Actual retention, processing locations and deletion including backups require confirmation for the relevant record. This site does not promise that every copy is automatically deleted after 30 days. Contact me with enquiries or deletion requests.

Analytics and browser storage

The site records events such as page visits, CTA clicks, chat starts and calculator use. Event data includes page paths, referring domains and timestamps. Chat uses sessionStorage for session identifiers, which is separate from marketing cookies. Hosting providers may process technical connection data for operations and security.

WhatsApp and external links

Clicking WhatsApp opens that service. A message is sent only when you choose to send it. Caliph affiliate links and EPF/PruBSN portals have their own privacy notices. Read those notices before entering details or giving consent.
