Ready to register? Follow the steps, one at a time.
You will use two different services. Caliph is the affiliate referral and consent step. The takaful application itself continues through EPF i-Akaun and the relevant official PruBSN channels. Caliph is not the official EPF or PruBSN website.
Before starting, check the plan documents, yearly contribution, eligibility and the effect on your retirement savings. Keep your own phone and i-Akaun access ready.
Never share your EPF PIN, password, TAC or OTP. Enter sensitive details only where the relevant official service requests them.
Before you begin
- Your own phone with access to EPF i-Akaun.
- MyKad and mobile details; spouse/child details if applicable.
- Check eligibility, permitted funds and product documents first.
Your i-Akaun PIN, password and OTP/TAC are private. Enter them yourself in the official app; do not share them over WhatsApp or with anyone else.
7 steps for customers
Step 1 - Open the referral link
Visit https://caliph.biz/daftar/CG2474 or scan the QR code shown on this site. Verify the URL and referral code.
Step 2 - Enter the required details
Complete the Caliph form with accurate information. Review the privacy and consent notices on that service.
Step 3 - Read before signing
Do not tick consent boxes just to finish quickly. Read each statement, including the family-related declarations if you intend to cover dependants.
Step 4 - Save the referral code
Copy the code shown at the end of the Caliph step. For this link, the stated code is CG2474. Check any discrepancy before continuing.
Step 5 - Continue in EPF i-Akaun
Log in yourself, find i-Lindung, select the relevant PruBSN plan, choose the people to cover and enter the required information. Answer health questions truthfully.
Step 6 - Enter the referral code if asked
Use the code in the appropriate field if one appears. A referral code does not guarantee acceptance.
Step 7 - Review and submit
Check your yearly contribution, cover, details and declarations. Complete the official process and keep your reference number. Successful payment is not the same as confirmed approval; check status and e-certificate through official PruBSN channels.
For a second product, follow the current portal instructions and complete any additional declarations required.
